A long weekend in North Norfolk. 30th Nov- 3rd Dec 2017.

How can anyone forget a weekend they enjoyed in North Norfolk...well I can and did! This trip should have been posted on my 'catch up' post last December.
It was a super weekend. The odd rain shower caught us out as we returned along the path from Titchwell beach other than that it was dry but very cold.

A few images from the weekend.

                                                  Another Little Egret!

Well that was North Norfolk! A pleasing end to the year.

My first bird species of 2018 was a Woodpigeon! I was to have several more Woodpigeons in the garden soon after the first one sighted!

Species in order of appearance:
Woodpigeon, Dunnock, Magpie, Jackdaw, Sparrowhawk, Robin, Long-tailed Tit, Great Tit, Blue Tit, and number 10 was a Blackbird!
A Grey Heron and Coal Tit later in the day.

I am 'leaving on a jet plane' soon for warmer climes and hopefully see a few nice bird species, not that our UK birds are not nice of course! The warm sunny weather is the clincher!
Enjoy your birding in 2018.
